I regret to have notice with clear evidence of how Pakatan Rakyat have not been optimum in surpassing Barisan Nasional in the current five states. This might be politics to the core as i wouldn't know considering i'm only a 19-year-old law student. It somehow stirs to my inner bowels to actualize that there actually isn't differences between the both political parties mentioned above. I bet that every citizen could still reminisce when Pakatan promised many differences when they wanted to gain power. Yes.... some have materialized...but those important ones didn't...... sorrowfully it hurts every citizen that wants a change. One of the promises notably i would like currently focus on is the declaration of the assets of the elected representatives. When they were in the opposition, they gave no easy way for their BN counterparts by lambasting them with corruption and their sources of illegal incomes to fulfill their lavish lifestyle.. Hats off to you for that... They(Pakatan) preached that they would declare all their assets and those of their spouses and immediate family members to the public to authenticate their stand on that atrocious matter of politicians receiving numerous sum of illegal money, should be abolished... The public applauded this promise of theirs.... It has been more then six months... Not a single trace of asset has been declared by the five state governments.... This more likely would influence the stance of young people like me, of that its either a choice of being governed by a liar or another liar? Are we doomed as Malaysians to have a future by speculating that no matter who takes over the government... We the citizens are still going to live in a very corrupt country? Would we see a different Malaysia in the years to come? Or has it been and will be a high-end trend to be politically corrupt in Malaysia? Also, how come suddenly after the elections, elected Pakatan representatives have mutated by having bigger cars and larger houses? They think the people are happy looking at them living the high life when we are suffering down here? I think not only the five state governments but also Pakatan big guns such as Anwar,Lim Kit Siang,Hadi Awang and so on.... So that they can set an example for all of them
and put them BN people in shame for not exercising this move to gain the sincere trust and credibility ofthe public.....

Blinded by Uncertainty
September 22nd 2008.... Im sure BN topguns would still have something to be happy about and laugh among themselves.... Cuz even they didn't think that they will still be in power after Anwar's very strong stand of toppling the government before 16th September 2008.... But they can laugh as much as they want cuz their days are still numbered i would like to believe..... so does every other Malaysian...... Leaving that agenda aside.... It has become oblivious to us of every small changes that we are all going through in our society..... a perfect example would be regarding the education system here in Malaysia..... Along with my fellow peers... I believe that education should be about producing a well-rounded person, not only reading everything from a book.... It appears that the school is the place where their socialization process takes place and happens to be very important only after their homes.... 'Study, study and study' is what every teenager or every student hates to listen because usually that is what being lambasted at their ears all the time at home..Hahaha.... Well i think that is very wrong because we have morphed into an era where students start to think(thanks to their parents and the current education system) that if they study and excel then they are free and can do anything that they please.... This is so wrong.... As equal importance of studying parents and people concerned(teachers and the Ministry) should make moral values and ethics as important.... I feel it is very important to do so because students are gonna be the future leaders of our country.... If a seed is not planted with the proper fertilizers and soil imagine how would the fruit taste like? Metaphorically speaking that is..... How would this future leaders turn out to be if they were not implanted with all these important moral values.... That is when you get leaders involved in mega corruption, unethical gestures in public(even in the parliament), sex scandals and the list can go on. Not only would this affect the students in the future... It will affect them directly also... For an example they might be addicted into drugs... Which have been rising lately.... Sadly its the smart students... those mostly from the middle or higher class... Not like the olden days where it was more popular amongst the lower class.... Why is this happening? Why is there nothing being done to curb this problem? I hope when Pakatan Rakyat comes into power they take drastic measures to ensure the perfect growth of the next generation by not letting them mature with rotting characteristics...... On July 2008, the Regent of Perak Raja Nazrin Shah said that getting a string of A's is meaningless if students fail to understand, appreciate and practice good values, and describing that excellent results as mere pakaian luaran (external appearance), there would be uneven development of human capital if students failed to inculcate good morals. "This will lead to society and the country to suffer". He also said that people with good moral values always hold firm to life principles especially in defending truth and justice. Students should be taught not to lie or rely on leaked examination papers just to obtain higher grades. He noted that while positions and posts could give one power, one would be judged by the people. "There are many people who obtained positions and posts but there are not many who die with a good name"......... This was brilliantly delivered but i regret to say there wasn't any implementation of any kind taken on His advice.....

Fist of Unity
18th September 2008..... Two days have passed by the date DSAI promised us a government change.... Nothing seems to be happening.... this also means that at least 2o over million Malaysians are disappointed.... I definitely agree that DSAI should be running the current government.... But i would like to stress that it was wrong for him to give us this fake hope....... No arguments.... What he's trying to do would be called impossible if we were talking about it before the March 8th GE.... But things have changed for the betterment of all of us..... But.. being a responsible Malaysian citizens we can't just wait for him to do everything whilst we just sit back wait for THAT news and criticise both sides.... What are we supposed 2 do at a time like this? This is the time we Malaysians must show that we are united regardless of race, religion nor ethnicity... We should be shame of ourselves if we deny the fact that we have no part to do wit the toppling of the current government....... If we want a new government we musn't only want different administration.... We should also prove to the old government that we love the style of the new government where we are free to live harmoniously with other races without discrimination..... And we who are some or rather being oppresed now should walk nose high in front of them scoundrels and tell them thank god we opted 2 change our votes this time...... They(BN) should envy Pakatan Rakyat.... they will have continuous sleepless nights....(If they have shame that is).... Can we prove this? Sincerely do we wnat this? We deifinitley dun want them rascals laughing at us once the government has changed but the people are unhappy...... I would like to quote Martin Luther King Jr. in his speech titled I've been to the Mountaintop-
You know, whenever Pharaoh wanted to prolong the period of slavery in Egypt, he had a favorite, favorite formula for doing it. What was that? He kept the slaves fighting among themselves. But whenever the slaves get together, something happens in Pharaoh's court, and he cannot hold the slaves in slavery. When the slaves get together, that's the beginning of getting out of slavery. Now let us maintain unity.

In The Brink Of Change
September 16th 2008... Is a day anticipated by millions of Malaysian citizens. It was hoped by the majority that the existing government( Barisan Nasional ) will topple. Disappointingly we will have to spare a few more days before we can celebrate this historical and tremendous occasion. I wonder..... What's going on in the minds of our current leaders? What will Abdullah Badawi be thinking right now? Possibly his thoughts will be regarding the current plague which has already hit BN .... Or probably he will be more worried on how is his son-in-law able 2 make more money once he isn't in power anymore.. What about Najib Razak? How is he gonna cover his ass this time? Probably the tickets are already for he and his wife off to London(where she loves spending the peoples money for on clothes).. Since definitely it will be proven that she was at the scene of the murder of Altantunya(RIP). Surprisingly our dear Samy Vellu has been in low key recently. Probably suddenly it hit him that he isn't in power anymore... how is he and his MAIKA cronies going to survive this episode of BN destruction? How will the poor people let him off the hook? Stealing from them just and sleeping in water beds whilst the poor was suffering for clean water.... Wat else beds to sleep on? Well this is jus the tip of the iceberg..... The list of the names can go on and on... So can the list of suffering the people of Malaysia had 2 endure due to the corrupted nature of our SOON ex-leaders.... My question is simple... When DSAI takes over the government(God Willing).... What will happen to all of them? Even his ex-mentor Mahathir? will old sentiments prevail? Or will his days in cold prison floor determine him to act accordingly? I WANNA KNOW
